We deliberately keep our project load low — around 6 to 8 renovations and extensions per year. This lets us keep the same senior team involved from concept to key on every home.

Not necessarily. We work best in partnership with architects but can also help you find the right design partner if you don’t have one. Some clients come to us with fully documented plans; others come with a rough brief on a napkin.

Melbourne metro — we’ve delivered projects in Williamstown, Yarraville, Seddon, Hampton, Essendon, Toorak, Armadale and Brighton. Anywhere within reasonable travel of our South Melbourne studio.
